Hello Patient,

MSF in your follicular study stands for multiple small follicles meaning you do not have a dominant mature follicle for ovulation. There should be presence of one follicle which will mature and ovulate. Thus, you are informed that you have polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS.

Your doctor will prescribe you hormone replacement therapy that will regulate hormonal balance, normal ovulation and menstrual cycles. You will have to take medicine for some months to cure the syndrome.

I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HCM. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
